Jim worked around my schedule. I would email him addresses, and he would have them set up for that night. He showed up for what felt like 100's of houses until we found the one we wanted. He's very familiar with the current market.
He helped us sell our mother's house, then gave us ideas of improvement for our current house for when we were ready. He brokered Jessica's house, and she was pleased!
